I have spent my career focusing professionally on energy and water conservation having completed projects in over 25 countries, 20 states and three Canadian provinces.
Clients have included 25 utilities, over 20 government agencies including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S. Department of Energy, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Southwest Gas, Con Edison, TVA, the Colorado School of Mines, and more. Consulting projects have also been completed with utilities in Australia, Canada, the European Union, and the Al Ain Distribution Company in the United Arab Emirates.
Corporate employers have included Honeywell International, DNV GL, and SRC International.
As part of global consulting endeavors, Todd has lived abroad as an expatriate in the counties of Denmark and the United Arab Emirates.
Some projects required support in such developing and civil strive locations as Tajikistan and Ukraine.
Currently I am actively engaged in a professional consulting business, C2-It Solutions, LLC and the Chester Springs Media Group which focuses on the creation of educational materials for libraries, educators, policymakers, and interest groups on a variety of subjects.
