I have spent my career focusing professionally on energy and water conservation having completed projects in over 25 countries, 20 states and three Canadian provinces.
Clients have included 25 utilities, over 20 government agencies including the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the U.S. Department of Energy, the European Union, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Southwest Gas, Con Edison, TVA, the Colorado School of Mines, and more. Consulting projects have also been completed with utilities in Australia, Canada, 12 utilities and government agencies in Europe, and recently the Al Ain Distribution Company in the United Arab Emirates.
Corporate employers have included Honeywell International, DNV GL, and SRC International.
As part of global consulting endeavors, Todd has lived abroad as an expatriate in the counties of Denmark and the United Arab Emirates.
Some projects required support in such developing and civil strive locations as Tajikistan and Ukraine.
Currently I am actively engaged in a professional consulting business, C2-It Solutions, LLC and the Chester Springs Media Group which focus on the creation of analytical tools, references, and manuals that address complex resource and travel issues of our time like balancing water supply and demand in Texas, developing a global travel lifestyle, and understanding the growing level of travel congestion, stress and how to adapt to this, understanding the typology and etymology of American location names, using humor and satire to understand cultural, lifestyle and political issues of our day. A strong focus is on deploying a systems framework that balances detailed micro-level investigation and discovery to a more holistic view of finding solutions for a broad area of interests to achieve macro-level change.
